Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. add a tests badge in readme file.

Describe the solution you'd like between build and license badges add a new badge as how many tests have been run. easy to do, just add following url: https://img.shields.io/azure-devops/tests/antonyoung/c05894b0-db29-4558-b7c4-af27777e447d/4/master.svg nothing special, just nice to have.

reopend pr, done something wrong in closing pr. not fully understand in github this feature? but it's merged into master and it is all fine. nice ;-)
