[Windows10, GTK3 installed via msys]

I was able to build relm but trying to run an example produces

  = note: LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'gtk-3.lib'

I don't know anything about Windows. You might get more help on the gtk-rs issue tracker.
