Chapter "Using the Genome Browser" seems to need some updates as well. I changed quite some text till Step 2 in the liekeantro_patch branch. Merge with master?

Still I'm unsure of several differences between the tutorial and what I saw in the Genome Browser when following the tutorial:

[ ] I can't reproduce Using The Genome Browser Step 2.3 and 2.4: The affymetrix gene expression for the reporters is still represented as dots after redrawing. , entering genomeebrwoser via the left menu , the expresison panel is not depicted

[ ] I tried also the background feature to be put to boxplot, but it shows green bars. Don't know if the green bars are somehow called boxplot by design, but I expected boxplot iso barplot.

[ ] Figure 6 "Annotation tracks added" contains Sequence & GC window annotation which is only added in the next step of the tutorial.
[ ] My transcriptView pile count for GTPBP8 looks very different from the tutorial.

Minor bugs were added to koster_group; tutorial has been adapted
