Install a copy to VM for iis #30

This task has:

  1. Install the utilities, such as Python and dependent modules, git, nginx, uwsgi
  2. Install the mysql
  3. import data into mysql and create indexes
  4. configure the nginx and uwsgi
  5. run the web server test, includes the websocket
  6. git clone a copy and do testing
