💡 需求背景和解决方案

渲染引擎完全移除 regl 默认替换升级至 G-Device， 完全移除 regl 渲染逻辑与代码。

• 相比于 v2.21.11-beta.2，打包体积减小 18% （1.62M-> 1.32M）
  • 改动内容：移除 regl、移除三方地图
• 相比于 v2.19.11，打包体积减小 10% （1.48M-> 1.32M）
  • 改动内容：替换 regl 为 g-device、移除三方地图 、移除高德侵入式数据流逻辑
