Dependencies mana-common and mana-syringe doesn't have license #314

Describe the bug

There are 2 dependencies for xflow-core "mana-common" and "mana-syringe" that do not have a license declared.

If a repository has no license, then all rights are reserved and it is not Open Source or Free

The issue has been resolved. Those dependencies have declared MIT license.
