使用graph.fromJSON更新画布后通过useGraphStore拿到的nodes没更新

重现步骤

1. 进入页面
2. 打开console
3. 画布里的节点正确渲染出来了, 但是打印的nodes为空数组, 与当前画布内容不符

预期行为

通过useGraphStore拿到正确的nodes和edges
