gh-pages push 时没有触发 gitee 同步 action #209

因为 gh-pages 上没有 .github/workflows/mirror.yml 文件，deploy 网站时单独 push gh-pages 不会触发 mirror 任务。

可能的解决方案：https://github.com/antvis/G2/pull/2742
