feat: gallery menu open default status able config #300

针对 g2 g2plot 等站点 demo 较多的站点新增配置项，允许进入 gallery 页面是否默认收起所有 sub menu，默认全部展开

昨天发了 1.0.8 了，我本地试验了一下 g2plot 报了一堆 antd 的错。预判是因为 antd 升级了，但是主题这个包用 lock 锁版本了，没发现，用在 g2plot 里没锁就直接一起升了。你可以本地试一下。
