refactor: remove unused path-util functions #82

重构 path-util:

移除部分未使用的方法
将 @antv/g 中使用的 path 相关方法移入，例如用于 morph 动画的 cubic curve 分割
修复部分命令（S）转曲问题

使用文档已更新 README.md
