For issue #106

Updated code to use npm-registry-client
Small refactor to allow for testing of init API without running processTarBalls
Fixed some existing tests that were still failing on hardcoded timezone data

@andersosthus Thanks a lot. If you want, I don't mind adding you as a contributor to the project. The site could use some serious styling (no styling atm).

I need to get #103 done and update the boilerplate. After that we are good to go with a stable release.
