This pull request contains all work on the styling improvements to the antwar site. As of right now it is mostly a placeholder. As things progress I will post any relevant updates here.

Goals

• [ ] – Create a color palette
• [ ] – Select a font stack
• [ ] – Throw together some quick initial mockups
• [ ] – Implement a base set of styles that can be used until all content is in place
• [ ] – If available, integrate the webpack navbar for site navigation
• [ ] – Pull any reusable components out into their own repos

I did a basic setup at master so if you rebase against that, things should work.
