Implement UniqueID-Feature #1

Higher DocCheck Licenses allow to provide a UniqueID to identify returning visitors. The Extension should handle this (optionally) by

Creating a typo3 fe_user per unique key (if that user has not yet been created)
Use a specified user group for users generated by this feature.
Log in this user, instead of the global dummy user
