support printing as double-sided #22

If printed double-sided, the holes on the left page will be on the wrong side. They should be on the right rather than the left. There should be an option on the command line to select if printing single-sided or double sided.

if printing 1st part of week, holes should be on the right
if 1st page is left page, add a blank page at front
