Applying Hindi vowels on Roman letters: A keyboard Request

Hello, These vowels merging works on I-phone by flipping Hindi and English keyboard. Please develop a on line keyboard to merge these characters. This will be a very good educational tool for phonetic typing. Ones fully developed, fonts can be improve for better appearance.
