###Audio is broken### with fedora-mingw, lfrakas.org mingw, ossbuild under windows.

I just learned that i can use fedora-mingw, lfarkas.org has mingw port and the 
very latest OSSBuild for Windows XP, 7, 8 operating systems.

So i installed it. And then i was testing the audio.

Audio when its getting decoded under windows operating system using gstreamer 
it creates noise of "clicking" randomly. I have tried with many encoder/decoder 
and its same.

How can we resolve this audio clicking sound, which gets automatically
generated while using encoder/decoders?

does it also happened with gst-launch command line?
if yes the it's an upstream gstreamer bug.

In Linux its never happening (gst-launch and also gstreamer-java works 
perfectly). But it happens all with Windows version.

then it's not a gstreamer-java, but a gstreamer bug please report them
