Removed the xml config. Now users can configure their portraits via Settings > 
Notification Rules > Piazza Build Monitor

I am thinking about dropping the xml support and don't support backwards 
compatibility, because it is so much easier to configure this via gui.

You can try the attached version.

How can one migrate settings from the XML into the new format?

Thanks. Unfortunately I have no idea, how TeamCity stores the user prefernces. 
For this reason I couldn't create a migration from the xml file to the new gui 
based settings. Sorry.

However, just uninstall the old plugin, put the new zip into the 
TEAMCITY_DATA_PATH/plugins folder, restart TC and set the user image urls from 
the users settings page.

Let me know, if you have any problems.
