I wold like to add that this solution is running on a clean Kali 2020.1 installation.

I wasn't able to get an active OpenVAS with this PR. I'm digging deeper to see if it's an issue with master or if there is something off with this PR.

Just confirmed it appears to be an issue with the project overall, so I'll have to wait to merge this until that's figured out.
