Better template pmdoc #48

Our current pmdoc could be much improved:

 * add a description of what is rudix and what will happen during install in the first step of the wizard
 * use a custom background for rudix
 * generate the new 10.5+ flat packages
 * present in the end of install how to use the just installed package

Using new flat packages makes it not necessary to have a dmg wrapper around 
packages, we should look into this.
