Rudix command line is ineffective to interact to the remote service (search, download, etc. not responding) #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a terminal
2. Try any rudix command with network interaction to the web server (like rudix 
search pip).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Rudix command line should interact to the remote service (download pip or list 
versions of pip).

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

The URL that Google provides has change from:

<a href="http://rudix.googlecode.com/files/

to

<a href="//rudix.googlecode.com/files/
