facebook.txt list block Instagram direct massages

@al-muftah I don't have Instagram, can you provide more information on which domain are responsible for DMs?

@anudeepND facebook owns instagram. Of course there will be common domains in use. @al-muftah my best advise is to just not use the facebook.txt list.
