you need to whitelist vortex.data.microsoft.com to get the steam achievements in that game

Can you provide more info about the blocklists that you are using?

running pihole -q vortex.data.microsoft.com using only default lists gives the following output:

Hmm...these domains are also used for Windows telemetry, I will take a look at the MS docs again
