Whitelist for CVS Account Management site #244

Hello!

Please whitelist the following 2 domains for CVS Account Management site (https://www.cvs.com/account/account-management.jsp)

  1. sb.monetate.net
  2. tags.tiqcdn.com

CVS Account management site won't load unless you whitelist these 2 domains.
