An option to allow only for single instance of an application #10

Currently you can run multiple instances of an application, but
there might be a need to allow only for a single instance of an
application, we should add such option to "settings.ini" file.

In settings there will be application > multiple_instances set to true,
just change it to false to allow only for single instance of an application.

There is new option in settings file under name "single_instance_guid".

Feature added in revision 9609a676682a. Expect it to appear in next release.
