Conical pillars #1

Conical pillars seems to work correctly, but sometimes some phonons escape, which probably means that something is wrong.

Did you try to reduce the timestep?

@gluchkos the thing is that holes and normal pillar work perfectly even for long (1e-12) timesteps.

Basically, the reflections for pillars with inclined walls are not correct. Need to redo all the math. The vertical walls are okay.
