Improve Navbar Design and Responsiveness #106

Description: The current navbar design is very simple and lacks user-friendly features such as responsiveness and a sticky position at the top of the page. I propose to work on enhancing the navbar to make it more attractive and responsive across different screen sizes.

Proposed Improvements:

  1. Sticky Navbar: Ensure the navbar sticks to the top of the page when scrolling.
  2. Responsive Design: Add hamburger menu for smaller screens.
  3. Styling Enhancements: Add design elements (e.g., hover effects, active state styling) to make the navbar more visually appealing and modern.

I would like to work on this enhancement to improve the overall user experience.
