What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change grupal admin user's password
2.modify drupal user - in this example, "block"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Google Apps user account suspended

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.2

Found that if you get this error (too many invalid login attempts or too many 
API invocations), you can unlock 
the captcha using the following URL:

https://www.google.com/a/yourdomain.com/UnlockCaptcha

Changing yourdomain.com to the correct Domain of course!
