Grupal Admin Password won't accept 19 char passwords #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change Apps password for grupal admin user
2.update config in grupal
3.modify user (disable)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
apps account should disable, but instead grupal reported invalid credentials

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.2
