ovarian and lung data sets? #45

hey @anujkhare are the ovarian and lung data sets really just copies from the survival package? If so then there is no need to actually include them, since the survival package (and those data sets) is included with every copy of R. (survival is a recommended pakage)

@tdhock Thanks for pointing that out. They are just copies from survival. I am removing them.
