Affiliate Groups option requests

Merchants have raised these feature requests for the Affiliate Groups option:

• [ ] Widgets such as order details, only for select groups
• [ ] Facebook Pixel ID option for select groups
• [x] Creating dashboard tabs for select affiliate groups
• [x] Uploading creatives for select affiliate groups
• [x] Different payment options for groups
• [x] Setting/Changing an affiliate's group from the affiliate's profile page
• [x] Default Network link for group
• [ ] Setting dashboard tabs such as marketing tools or advanced analytics for select groups

Default network link is now available in the group config (screenshot below)

Affiliate can also be added/removed and group can be updated from their admin profile page

Dashboard tabs can now be selected differently for different affiliate groups.

Creative groups can now be specified for individual groups
