Recruitment Bonus only for approved affiliates #217

A merchant has requested for the recruitment bonus ONLY to be credited to the upline affiliate, when their downline is approved.

Adding to this: another merchant has requested for an option, where the recruitment bonus is only given when the downline makes their first referral sale (refers a sale)
