JSONP support broken in elda 1.2.1 #150

Elda-1.2.10 appears to have ceased to generate JSONP try:

    http://environment.data.gov.uk/doc/bathing-water.json?callback=foo

you now get back plain JSON, not function wrapped JSON.

This used to work at some point in the past. .

Ooops.... broken title... should be elda 1.2.10 not elda 1.2.1

Fixed in current snapshot (2.11-SNAPSHOT) (17th April 2012). Not sure how that 
went missing.
