FYI - James Gu (GU, JAMES ji5690@att.com) is the triage point of contact for Airship related issues as it pertains to CNTT PODs 10 and 15. James has a JIRA dashboard and is managing issues on that page. I am in the process of reassigning the open issues to James.

Removing @prabhubalan . New RC-1 lead (@fuqiao123 ) to assess the need to keep open for tracking of RC-1 test run failures. @fuqiao123 , please review.
