RI Gaps: #1281

Scott to take lead for Airship Deployments issues: -- Analyse the situation with Airship deployment. -- Identify GAPS -- When Airship will be updated to Stein. -- Will Airship Ocata will be fixed as per RC results? (such as Live Migration) -- we need a way to run Functests against Airship' RI continuously (Verification loop). -- already happens today (James Gu). -- we shoud know the date of when Airhip will move to Stein. -- we need to know the strategy of conforming to CNTT (since current Airship RI is not).

@scottsteinbrueck we probably need a right person or process to take these working item for airship back, and we can close this one for now.

Reviewed the open items and bring answers to the following calls

Team is reviewing the Airship gaps, James Gu reviwing the gaps and suggesting to start the issue with CIRV

@scottsteinbrueck suggesting to not breaking this out for now and track the progress and set resolution dates. may need to break the Airship gaps.
