[RM]: Change NFVI to Cloud Infrastructure #1329

As it was agreed in 2020-03-11 TSC Meeting we should use 'NFVI' only in the cases when it is correct according to ETSI NFV terminology. In other cases we should use 'Cloud Infrastructure' instead.
