[TSC roadmap] Is RA-2 v3.0 or v2.0 in Sep 2020? #1333

RA-2 is v2.0 in Sep 2020 in Figure 2: CNTT Technical Specification Roadmap, but RA-2 is v3.0 in Sep 2020 in Figure 3: CNTT Stable 3.0 Portrait

@rabi-abdel @YuPengZTE - I thought decision was to make RA2 follow the RM release number? The links above don't work, but if RM is 3.0 in September, then RA2 will be 3.0.
