Discovery http requests should include a Accept: application/xrds+xml header #85

If the server supports it, and a lot do, the number of requestes needed to
obtain a XRDS document is 1.

The accept header is set accordingly by the YadisResolver; furthermore, 
openid4java 
uses a custom HTTP cache, so extra network calls are avoided whenever possible.

Is there a specific scenario where all this doesn't work?
