What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have used the Dimitry Translator class, but it does't translate the 
languages special characters, I get for example \u00F6 - what is missing?

If by special characters you mean something like Arabic, that works fine for 
me. For example, I got  [خضر الصبي سخيفة] for [silly green boy]

This is down the character encoding either in your IDE or your OS.

when i translate student and university, the out put should be - étudiant and 
université,  but java program does not display it correctly, how can i fix 
this problem
