A dedicated landing page and a download button for Luffy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, currently the link in the github repo is of the twitter announcement of the launch of Luffy, but there is no landing page and this might confuse the users, since most non technical people are not familiar with github. There is no proper download option
