XLS Form is not loading #1084

Hi, I've been trying to load the XLSForm page (http://opendatakit.org/xiframe/) 
for several hours but it's not loading for me or any of my colleagues. Is there 
another way for us to convert our forms or do you think you can correct this 
issue?

Please use the opendatakit@ list for issues like this. We generally do not scan 
the open-issues list except immediately prior to a software release, so it is 
not a useful way to get timely response to an issue.

I've added yet another watchdog script which should detect a high rate of 
failures and reset the server automatically; I hope this increases the 
availability of this service.

Otherwise, there are programs you can use to process XLS files locally on your 
computer (rather than needing to submit them up to our server for processing).
