ODK Survey 2.0 ALPHA rev 102 - cannot unselect a radio button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the example form "initial refrigeration information"
2. the select1 list "select refrigerator condition"
3. select an answer first, then try to remove (or blank) your answer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be able to remove an answer. rev 102, you can't do it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK Survey 2.0 ALPHA rev 102

Running on Adroid 2.3

Thanks Nik. I was wondering if you have a preference for how you would like to 
see deselecting implemented. For example, we could use long presses like 
Collect or add an extra button or maybe do something else entirely.

I kinda expected the old way would work. I feel that extra buttons will only 
mess the the screen unnecessarily, unless perhaps it's an option available in 
android's contextual menu.

I've added deselect on long press. It should be in the next release.
