ODK Survey: Sliders are unresponsive #779

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a survey in ODK Survey
2. Find a range question with a slider
3. attempt to set the slider marker to a value.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This should be pretty straight forward, but the slider is a little difficult to 
set the value on. Sometimes it doesn't stick to your finger when you are trying 
to move it, sometimes it bounces back to the default position.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.2
ODK Survey 2.0 ALPHA rev 102
