Allow different template / colorscheme on ODK collect #788

I am using ODK collect on different devices, and in my search for battery
savings I was wondering if having a reverse colorscheme could help me get just
a little more time. Ofcourse this would need to be a choice for the admin
settings to select a colorscheme.

Reverse color schemes make it hard to see UI elements in places with little
light (i.e., under heavy canopy or in a mud house). These are the places where
ODK was designed to work.

Also, reverse color schemes will not help battery life. Try
http://www.juicedefender.com instead.

For amoled screens it does help. Also when used in a dark place, the white
screen can be just too bright and a reverse scheme can help readability. Not
sure about the design of collect, but android does offer a light and dark theme
by default.
