Card Resizing Problems

Describe the bug

(about #721 ) There is two problem with Card Resizing:

1. Card is not resizing to statistics when name is long even if name is hidden
2. Card size it not resizing correctly when there is foreign characters

Expected behaviour

1. Fit size to statistics
2. Fit size correctly

Very strange problem indeed. You are welcome to open a pull request to fix it. Seems to only occur with hide_rank.
