Adding card_height feature in the code

Adding the card_height argument to the pin card endpoint would be nice.

Hello sorry I didn't see airwakz begin this task :( I do this pr https://github.com/anuraghazra/github-readme-stats/pull/3391 (I'm looking tasks for the hackertoberfest :))

Yea, sorry guys, the number of hacktoberfest items this year is sparse since we are working on a significant restructuring of the codebase (see https://github.com/anuraghazra/github-readme-stats/issues/1633). You can find other OS projects that participate at https://github.com/topics/hacktoberfest.
