Hey.
I’m french and I think this is a good idea. I think « nombre d’étoiles » is ugly and it’s better to use « stars ».

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. GitHub is (and will stay) in English. Non-English speaking users never use translated works, they use them directly in English. That's why technical terms (issues, PRs, stars, commits, etc.) should, in my opinion, remains in English.
