Implement WebIDL-connector #108

This issue is a central point for collection thoughts and requirements 
regarding a Franca<=>WebIDL transformation (both directions).

Currently, this feature request is not on the roadmap of the Franca team, but 
that may change.

To be clarified: Enumerators in WebIDL have String-type values. With Franca 
0.9.0, enumerator values have integer type, string type values are still 
available, but deprecated.
