Lift Franca development environment to Eclipse Luna and latest Xtext/Xtend #129

Up to 0.9.0, Franca is development with Eclipse Kepler and Xtext 2.4. We will 
update this to the latest releases of Eclipse, Xtext and Xtend.

Finished with commit 3e2b8e5 on develop.

Now the standard environment for Franca development is Eclipse Luna, Xtext and 
Xtend 2.3.1 and (still) Java 6.
