Provide context menu item for DBus->Franca transformation #23

Currently, only for the transformation Franca->DBus a context menu item is 
provided (select *.fidl, open conztext menu, Franca -> Generate D-Bus XML 
file). For the reverse direction another context menu item should be available.

This will be part of the Franca/DBus feature.

Feature is available with v0.8.7. Usage: select *.xml, open context menu, 
Franca -> Create Franca model from D-Bus xml file. The resulting Franca IDL 
file will be located in the same directory.
