prob with instable gef4zest update site #53

The update site
https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/gef4-master/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/u
pdate-site/
is not stable (not working for 3h today, I'm fed up)

According to the GEF4 team, 
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/gef4/updates/integration/ is preferable.

This affects both the target-definition and the install-instructions 
/wiki/FrancaInstallSourcesForDev

I already updated the target-def on branch 'dev_fdeplExtensionPoint' , rev. 
288d09e00c50.
